- Gledwood
- 38 year-old guy, 6 blogs (the main one is gledwood vol 2 so go there for new postings: blogs are linked via my sidebars), I also have 3 video blogs. One mainly music vids, the other random "novelty" clips from Youtube/etc. The third is my Fabulous Celebrity Blog for fans of trash culture. Unfortunately addicted to drugs - yes it was my own fault but what can I do about it now? Addicted means trapped & can't stop. That's how addicted I am. But that's not ALL I blog about. Apart from drugs I love drink. Apart from drink I'm into little furry animals like Pingpong, my Chinese hamster, and my 3 roborovski hamsters: Itchy, Bashful and Spherical... and ... er, food. Lately there has been a drought of the substance that enslaved me for so long. Will I clean up? Only time will tell...

Gledwood! It looks great! I suspect that Blogger will be easier for you to manage. I was noticing how long it took to load your Tripod blog; this loads almost instantly.
I hope you survived yesterday's stormy weather. All hell broke loose here on the Continent ...
Oh, by the way, I just read all these entries. Wow! I guess I missed a couple of them on your previous blog. Excellent writing. 'Tis making me think.

I know I got tired of waiting waiting waiting... decided to load either entire old one or best of into this. Which should I attempt? I don't mind spending 2 hrs dragging each post individually. Have nothing else to do today!!!
Oh yeah re storms I nearly got elevated from the pavement at one point...
I likke the idea of having the "best of" here, and including a link to the old one in case someone might want to read from the beginning. It'll be the best of both worlds that way.
I heard that Google bought Blogspot/Blogger? A friend just switched to Wordpress because she said Blogger's service had deteriorated since the buyout.
My opinion is, unless it becomes unbrearable, stay where you are. Tripod really had problems, so you did the right thing. But I suspect that, eventually, my other friend's new service will slow down too ...
I really like this new site, Gledwood. Much improved.
I decided what I'm going to do is load to entire blog into this one and have a best of on another site they are setting that up for me as we speak... to be honest I wouldn't know what to and not to keep here so I'm just going through the entire other one and loading it in over the next couple of days, I spose...
BTW do you genuinely think this one LOOKS better than the old one??
I liked the blue on blue; don't know whether I'll be able to replicate that here. I'm very fussy about paragraphs being indented or not, typefaces all that, did you notice I never did pick one I really liked last time. Well I gotta get all those settings right...
